The CRC 1160 scientist, Robert Zeiser (B09) has received an ERC Advanced grant for his project AlloCure, which aims to decipher the cellular and molecular mechanisms of the immune response against leukaemia cells and enteroendocrine cells after allogeneic stem cell transplantation, with funding of 2.5 million euros over 5 years.
The ERC Advanced Grants (AdG) funding line is aimed at established top researchers of any nationality with an outstanding scientific track record who wish to explore new areas of research.
